These terms apply to purchase agreements made via bolero.ee between the buyer (hereinafter Buyer) and OÜ Bolero Grupp (hereinafter Seller). The Seller may change the terms unilaterally and without prior notice. These terms are valid from 18.10.2022.
The Buyer places an order via the Seller’s online store. By placing the order, the Buyer confirms they have read and accepted the terms and purchase information. The Seller is deemed to have accepted the order once a confirmation and payment details are sent to the Buyer and the order is processed.
All prices are in euros and include Estonian VAT.
The Seller may change prices unilaterally.
For unpaid confirmed orders, the price at the time of ordering applies.
Prices and product selection may differ between the online store and physical store/warehouse.
Delivery fees apply based on the chosen method (SmartPOST, Omniva, etc.).
No delivery fee for self-pickup.
Bolero transport requires a minimum order of €100 + VAT for free delivery.
Orders under €100 are shipped via courier or parcel machine (service fee applies).
For areas not served by Bolero’s delivery vehicle, courier rates apply.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or in cash/card upon pickup. NB! Do not pay based on order confirmation — wait for the invoice sent by email.
If payment is not received within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), the order is cancelled unless otherwise agreed. The Buyer may cancel the order if it has not yet been dispatched.
Orders are fulfilled within 3 working days after payment is received. If fulfillment is not possible, further actions are agreed or payment is refunded.
Self-pickup: Vana-Narva mnt 15, Maardu (Mon–Fri 8:00–15:30, excluding holidays).
Delivery via parcel machine or other methods by agreement.
Products may be returned within 14 days in original, unused condition.
Food items cannot be returned.
The Seller is not responsible for:
Damage caused by the Buyer
Defects due to improper use
Normal wear and tear
Claims should be submitted in writing to: Vana-Narva mnt 15, Maardu, 74114 or bolero@bolero.ee
The Seller may cancel the order if:
Product is out of stock
Insufficient quantity available
Pricing error due to technical issues
Paid orders will be refunded within 3 working days.
The Seller may process personal data as necessary for:
using the online store
fulfilling the purchase agreement
sending notifications
