Food color gel burgundy 35g
The color in the gel is suitable for coloring sugar paste, marzipan, cream (including low-fat creams), and similar products. It is water-soluble, so you can also use it to color beverages, alcohol, ice cream, or jellies.
Start dosing the colorant with the smallest possible amount. The best way to do this is to use a toothpick. Each subsequent portion of the colorant should be taken with a new toothpick to avoid contaminating the remaining color in the jar.
It is generally recommended to use about 1-3 grams of colorant per 1 kg of weight. For a delicate shade, a smaller amount is sufficient (even starting from 0.1 g/kg), while more intense colors can be achieved by adding more gel (up to 20 g/kg). Overdosing may cause the color to migrate and the liquid to become thinner. The shade of the color depends on the amount of added color and the type of mass being colored.
