The plastic jar contains 35 g of gel-like paint. Due to the high concentration of the dye, the gel is very effective and at the same time does not dilute the stained products.
The color in the gel is useful for coloring sugar masses, salt masses, marzipan, cream (including low-fat creams), hard candies and glazes.
It is water soluble, so you can also use it to color drinks, alcohol, ice cream or jellies.
Start dosing the dye with as little as possible. It is best to use a toothpick for this. Each subsequent part of the dye is taken with a new toothpick so that the remaining paint in the jar is not contaminated. It is expected that the dyes should be dosed at about 1-3 grams per kg of weight. A smaller amount (even from 0.1 g / kg) is enough to get a soft tone, more intense colors can be obtained by adding more gel (up to 20 g / kg).
The color shade depends on the amount of paint added and the type of mass painted.
