Lemon cream – The product for confectionery industry and craft, can be used in direct form, both before and after baking. It can be used for cakes, sponge cakes shortbread, muffin, croissants, tarts and for cakes decoration. The product may be frozen in dough, and then it can be baked. The product can not be blended with other creams before baking. Do not dilute.
