Ingredients: Glycerol E422, glucose syrup, water, dyes; thickener: E1422, preservatives: E202, pH stabiliser citric acid E330.
Dosage: For confectionery products only (excluding cocoa and chocolate) - max 5.6 g per 1 kg product; only for lacquers, decorations, fillings (excluding fruit-based) - max 9.4 g per 1 kg product. The recommended dose of 1 g/kg. Dye E102 can adversely affect children's activity and attention. Does not contain gluten. Intended for food production, not for direct consumption!
Application: Jelly dye is a universal water-soluble dye, easy to use (do not need to be diluted with water), concentrated and intended for a wide range of products: jellies, marzipan, sugar masses, glazes, creams, etc. Due to their high concentration, the result will be achieved at very low doses.
