The product designed for confectionery industry and craft. Product can be used in the direct form, both for pre- and post-baking. Used for tarts, French pastries, shortbreads, cakes and sponge cakes. Don’t dilute. It can contain cherry pits. Product can be consumed by all groups of consumers aged over 3 years.
Product must be stored at the temperature from 0°C to +20°C, in dry, clean rooms, away from direct sunlight, where relative humidity of the air doesn’t exceed 75%. Rapid changes of temperature should be avoided. After opening, product should be stored at the temperature from 0°C to +4°C, in closed packaging. After opening it is recommended to use the product within 48 hours.
