Ready to use dekorgel for decoration and covering frozen bavarois, fruit cakes and desserts to give perfect shiny mirror effect.
The product preserves the fresh fruits on the cakes and prevents them shrivelling .
it can be used directly or it can be used after diluting by 3 - 5% of water depending on application purpose.
Ingredients: Glucose syrup, drinking water, sugar, caramel, hardener: Agar-Agar (E406), pectin (E440 ii), E450 iii, aroma (toffee),
acidity regulator, citric acid, preservative (potassium sorbate E202).
