Delivery Information

You can choose your preferred delivery method during checkout. We offer several options based on your location and preferences:

1. Pick-up

You can collect your order from our warehouse: ???? Vana-Narva mnt 15, Maardu, 74114 ???? Mon–Fri 8:00–15:30 (excluding public holidays)

???? Payment options: bank transfer, cash, or card on site.

2. Parcel Locker

Itella SmartPOST

SmartPOST lockers are conveniently located in shopping centres across Estonia. Once your parcel arrives, you’ll receive an SMS and email with a door code.

  • Storage time: 7 days

  • Unclaimed parcels are returned to sender

  • Redelivery incurs an additional fee

Omniva

Choose Omniva if:

  • SmartPOST lockers are unsuitable

  • The item is fragile (extra fee +€1.92)

⚠️ For food items, outdoor lockers may pose a risk of freezing or overheating. The seller is not responsible for any temperature-related damage.

3. By Agreement – Bolero Delivery & Courier Service

Minimum order amount for Bolero delivery: €100 + VAT

  • Our staff will contact you to arrange the delivery location

  • Free delivery for orders over €100

  • Orders below €100 can be shipped via courier for an extra fee

  • If the destination is outside Bolero’s service area, courier charges apply
