Delivery Information

1. Selecting Products

  • Use the search or browse the catalog to find your desired item.

  • Click “Add to Cart”.

  • In the cart, you can adjust quantities, remove or add items, and proceed to checkout.

    2. Placing an Order

    • Click “Checkout”.

    • Choose your delivery method and fill in all required fields.

    • Select your payment method and add a comment if needed.

    • Confirm your order.

    A confirmation email will be sent automatically. NB! This is not an invoice. The invoice will be sent separately on business days.

    3. Delivery

    Bolero Delivery (min. order €100 + VAT)

    A Bolero representative will arrange the handover location and time with you.

    • Service areas:

      • Mon–Fri: Tallinn, Maardu

      • Tue: Tartu, Viljandi, Paide, Türi, etc.

      • Wed: Tartu, Põlva, Võru

      • Thu: Rakvere, Narva, etc.

      • Fri: Pärnu, Haapsalu, Keila

         Courier / Parcel Locker

        • We also ship orders under €100 (delivery fee applies).

        Self Pickup

        • Vana-Narva mnt 15, Maardu (Mon–Fri 8:00–15:30)

          4. Payment

          • Please wait for the invoice, which will be sent via email.

          • Payment options:

            • Bank transfer

            • Card or cash upon delivery

          Goods are released only after payment is received (except for business clients with a payment term agreement).

          5. Order Fulfillment

          • Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment.

          • If the deadline cannot be met, a new date will be arranged or a refund issued.

            6. Returns & Complaints

            • Products can be returned within 14 days in original packaging and unused.

            • Food items cannot be returned.

                7. Seller Rights

                • The seller may cancel the order if the product is out of stock, insufficient quantity is available, or prices were miscalculated due to technical reasons.

                • Refunds for paid orders are issued within 3 business days to the original account
