Ready-to-use bake-stable cream suitable for pastries, Danish rolls, and other baked goods.
Can be used as a filling before or after baking, mixed into creams, or layered in cakes. Bake- and freeze-thaw stable. Ideal for ambient storage.
Ingredients: Water, sugar, modified starch (E-1442), thickeners (E-460, E-466), food colorants (E-161b, E-160a(iii)), natural flavor, preservative (E-202), salt, acidulant (E-334), antioxidant (E-300), and cinnamon.
