Caramel-brown crêpe dentelle flakes with a delicate caramel flavor. Now even crunchier, with cleaner recipe and an appetizing caramel-brown colour. Perfect for adding a crispy texture to pralines, truffles, cakes, and desserts.

The product is Kosher and Halal certified.

They pair perfectly with chocolate and nut pastes, and also make an elegant decoration for ice cream and sweet creations. The flakes retain their crunchiness when combined with ingredients that do not contain water.
