Ready to use dekorgel Ready to use mirror glaze for decoration of fine pastry goods.
Application: For optimum gloss, warm up the glaze to 35°C.
Ingredients: water, glucose syrup, sugar, vegetable fats (coconut, palm), acidity regulator (calcium sulphate), humectant (glycerol), modified starch (maize), vegetable oil (sunflower), acid (citric acid), emulsifier (E473), gelling agent (xanthan gum), preservative (potassium sorbate).
