On the basis of a fresh champignon, with the addition of onion to emphasize the taste, it is recommended for casseroles, pizzas, rolls with mushrooms, patties, croquettes, dry pancakes. It is characterized by a strong, expressive taste of mushrooms and high content at 75% guaranteeing their taste even with a small amount of feed in the finished product

Ingredients: Champignons (75%), onion (21%), rapeseed oil, modified maize starch, gelling agent (microcrystalline cellulose), seasoning mixture (contains lactose, soya, gluten), salt, sugar, acidity regulator (ascorbic acid), pepper, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate). Allergnic ingredients: May contain allergens: EGG, NUTS. Contains LACTOSE, SOY, GLUTEN.

Nutritional value per 100 g of product : Energy value 255 kJ / 62 kcal Fat 4,55g , of which saturated fatty acids 0,4g Carbohydrates 2,27g of which sugars 1,48g Fibre 2,24g Protein 1,77g Salt 0,47g Store in a dry, cool place 2-25°C. After opening use within 7 days (shelf life 6 weeks). After opening store in a fridge 2-10°C (shelf life 6 months). Darkening of the product during storage process is a natural phenomenon.
