PREPARATON BASED ON VEGETABLE FAT for whiping and cooking, without sugar, BIANCA LIEVE 12x1L Bianca lieve for whipping and cooking sugarless is an excellent light sauce in an alternative to the dairy cooking cream in savoury recipes. In confectionery, it is ideal for filling and decorating cakes, in replacement to the dairy whipping cream.

Ingredients: Water, totally hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel, 26,5%), vegetable soluble fibre, MILK protein, stabilizers: E420,E463,E339,E466, Emulsifers: E472b, SOYA lecitin (E322), E472b, salt, flavours, coloring: beta-carotene (E160a). Gluten free. Suitable for Gluten intolerant people.

Storage and transport : +4°C and +22°C After opening, keep refigerated and use within 3/4 days. For a good result, before whipping, it is advisable to put the brik into the fridge and reach a temperature between 5-8°C.It can be whipped by hand or with an electric beater. Ideal for the production and decoration of cakes, ice-cream, etc.
