PREPARATON BASED ON VEGETABLE FAT  with sugar, BIANCA LIEVE 12x1L

Ingredients: Water, totally hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel, 26,5%), vegetable soluble fibre, MILK protein, stabilizers: E420,E463,E339,E466, Emulsifers: E472b, SOYA lecitin (E322), E472b, salt, flavours, coloring: beta-carotene (E160a).

Gluten free.Suitable for Gluten intolerant people.

Storage and transport :  +4°C and +22°C After opening, keep refigerated and use within 3/4 days.

For a good result, before whipping, it is advisable to put the brik into the fridge and reach a temperature between 5-8°C.It can be whipped by hand or with an electric beater. Ideal for the production and decoration of cakes, ice-cream, etc.
