The product designed for confectionery industry and craft. Product can be used in the direct form, both for pre- and post-baking. Used for tarts, French pastries, shortbreads, cakes and sponge cakes. Do not dilute. May contain cherry pits.
Ingredients: Sour cherry fruit (72%); sugar; modified starch; stabilizers: calcium lactate, xanthan gum; elderberry juice concentrate; preservative: potassium sorbate; flavouring.
