Traditional Plum jam 13kg

A classic plum jam containing 166 g of plums per 100 g of product. Ideal for use in pastries, cakes, desserts, and fillings.

Ingredients: Concentrated plum paste (39%), sugar, water, apple purée, modified starch, gelling agent (pectin), color (ammonium caramel), acidity regulators (citric acid, potassium citrate, calcium chloride), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavorings. The product contains cereals containing gluten!

Storage Conditions: Store at 2–25 °C. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days. Darkening of the product over time is a natural process.
