Vanilla cream powder Babuni 10kg
Vanilla cream powder for making fillings - known to everyone as Moscow pastry cream.
Mix 400g of powder with 1000g of cold water and allow to swell for about 10min. The powder can also be used in vanilla pudding, adding a little more water than the main recipe. It is also good to use it as a thickener for other creams, so that the cream stays strong and can be treated well with a spray bag. Add the powder to the cream according to taste and feeling, considering that the cream swells stronger in a few minutes.
Ingredients: icing sugar, modified starch, milk powder (whey, non-dried vegetable fat, skimmed milk, buttermilk, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide), whey powder, thickener: sodium alginate E401, vanilla flavouring, food colouring: β-carotene. Contains: milk. Produced in a facility that also handles: gluten, eggs, milk.
