Potato starch is a fine, pure white powder with a neutral taste and no noticeable odor, making it a versatile ingredient in various food and industrial applications. It is insoluble in cold water and most organic solvent

Ingredients: Potato starch (also known as potato flour, is a substance obtained through the appropriate processing of the starch naturally present in common potato tubers).

Recommended dosage: 0.5 – 3.0%, depending on the equipment used and the product category. Dissolve in water and heat to 85°C for 5 minutes to allow the starch to expand.

Store in a cool place (11-25°C), dry and dark
