This food‑coloring paste provides an intense mint‑green shade and is perfect for coloring various doughs, creams, glazes, chocolate, and macarons. The color blends evenly and does not alter the texture of the product.
Dosage: 5 g per 10 kg.
The result is a bright and uniform tone.
Ingredients: glycerin (E422), lactose, food colorants E102 (2.13%), E124 (0.46%), corn starch.
Note! Food color E102 may have an adverse effect on children's activity and attention.
