This food‑coloring paste provides an intense brilliant‑red shade and is perfect for coloring various doughs, creams, glazes, chocolate, and macarons. The color blends evenly and does not alter the texture of the product. Dosage: 5 g per 10 kg. The result is a bright and uniform tone.

Ingredients: glycerin (E422), lactose, food color E124 (3.2%), corn starch. Note! Food color E124 may have an adverse effect on children's activity and attention.
